    Having difficulty with sleep can have a direct impact on low mood, depression, stress or anxiety. It is therefore important to understand the many benefits of sleep and the costs of lack of sleep. This workshop will focus on types of sleep difficulties and different ideas around how to improve sleep if you are having difficulties.
