Imposter syndrome happens to many graduate students. It can leave you feeling unable to acknowledge your accomplishments, as if you are a fraud, not good enough or anxious. This workshop will examine reasons why you are unable to accept your ‘skills’, ‘talents’ or ‘worth.’ It will also provide practical strategies to reduce comparison and perfectionism and work towards building healthy self-worth and self-belief.
