The Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies will offer three awards annually to recognize outstanding mentorship of graduate students. Those holding academic membership in the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies as well as any others who have a track-record of supervising graduate students at the University of Manitoba will be eligible to receive an award. Normally, one award will be given each year to one faculty member in each of (a) Social Sciences and Humanities, (b) Natural and Applied Sciences, and (c) Health Sciences.

The Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies will offer one award annually to recognize one member of the University of Manitoba’s complement of academic staff members who have provided exceptional administrative service with respect to graduate studies.

To be considered, the nominee or applicant must be employed full-time as an academic staff member at the University of Manitoba.

This award is intended to recognize one member of the University of Manitoba’s complement of support staff who has provided exceptional support to graduate students.

To be considered, the nominee or applicant must be employed full-time as a support staff member at the University of Manitoba in a unit offering a graduate program.

The Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies will offer one award annually to recognize outstanding support of graduate students and programs by a member of the University of Manitoba support staff.
